To buy a new built property in Spain does not necessarily mean that it will be more expensive than buying a resale. Today new properties can actually often be cheaper than a resale.

- This because the prices has gone down a lot since the peak around 2007-2008 after which the real estate market crashed.

- Another important point of view is that the building standards has improved a lot after the crash.

- Also, with a new construction, you will always get a 10-year warranty for the construction, much lower energy consumption, 2-year warranty on the white goods and other technical equipment. Some of our properties also have a 20-year warranty on the facade.
